적절하게 설계한 온라인 학습 과정은 성인 학습자의 이질성을 줄이고 시니어의 니즈와 속도를 만족시키는 데 매우 좋은 도구입니다.
이 프레젠테이션에서는 고령자를 대상으로 특별히 채택 된 e- 러닝 모델의 중요성, 방법 및 부가가치가 시연됩니다.
또한 독일 Erlangen-Nuremberg 대학의 Innovation in Learning Institute에서 개발 및 제공 한 성공적인 온라인 교육도구 사례도 여러분에게 통찰력을 제공 할 것입니다.
Adequately designed e-learning courses are very suitable instruments to deal with the heterogeneity of adult learners and to meet the learners’ needs and pace. In this presentation, the importance, method and added-value of specifically adapted e-learning models for older adults will be demonstrated. Insights will also be provided into successful online courses developed and offered by the Innovation in Learning Institute at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
